RedValley, the coolest and fast-growing company, is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our medical, fitness and other verticals. This position is responsible for nurturing our different callers and provide a top notch customer service experience as required by each one of our clients. Empathy, and enthusiasm are key!
This is a Full-Time position, to work on-site at our offices in Medellín, Colombia.
What You'll Do
- Processing and verifying customers informationr.
- Coordinating and scheduling new customer appointments for multiple providers using a computerized scheduling system.
- Using multiple computer programs to validate verification.
- Creating new service accounts within scheduler.
- Obtaining necessary record information from referring providers to complete the new customers process.
- Working with different team members to implement a paperless workplace.
- Documenting work processes as required.
- Acting in a friendly manner toward all callers, family members, coworkers, and other internal or external customers.
- Maintaining confidentiality of information on customers.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the team leader/managers.
What You'll Bring
- Strong spoken and written English level (C1 or better)
- 6 months of customer service experience.
- Basic typing and keyboarding skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Highly detail-oriented.
