Als Instandhaltungstechniker betreuen Sie unsere hochautomatisierten und modernen Anlagen in unserem Mischfutterwerk in Haag am Hausruck. Hierfür suchen wir Personen die gerne mitanpacken und Teil eines humorvollen und entspanntesn Teams werden wollen.
Ihre Aufgaben

- Selbständige Durchführung von Wartungen, Inspektionen und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an den mechanischen Produktionsanlagen und Maschinen
- Weiterentwicklung des Instandhaltungssystems und aktive Bearbeitung der Einträge zu Reparaturen, Verbesserungen und Inspektionen
- Beauftragung externer Dienstleister, Ansprechpartner und Koordinator vor Ort
- Planung und Durchführung von Investitionsprojekten, je nach Projekt als Projektleiter/Koordinator/Projektteammitglied
- Durchführung von Fehler-Ursachen-Analysen von Störungen und Maßnahmensetzung
- Erstellung, Kontrolle und Pflege technischer Inspektionsberichte und -protokolle
- Tatkräftige Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung an den Produktionsanlagen
- Organisation und Führung des Ersatzteillagers
- Führung der technischen Anlagendokumentation
- Aktive Mitwirkung an internen und externen Audits und Auditprogrammen
- Ausübung des operativen Brandschutzbeauftragten
Das bringen Sie mit
- abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Maschinenbautechniker, Betriebsschlosser,
- Metalltechniker, Industrieanlagenbau...)
- Berufserfahrung in einem produzierendem Betrieb, idealerweise in der Instandhaltung
- sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
- SAP-Erfahrung von Vorteil
- selbstständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten
- Deutsch auf C1-Level, Englisch mind. A2 Niveau
