Roles & Responsibilities
is responsible for the data analysis and mining of high-value users of Tencent Games, including data index system construction, user analysis, Experimental design and growth analysis, etc., to drive business growth
Participate in the development, construction, and productization of the entire data link, such as departmental business data collection and reporting, tracking, processing, analysis and mining, and application
Using quantification Analysis, data modeling, causal inference, A/B Testing and other data science capabilities to discover business risks and opportunities, propose feasible data strategies and implement verification, and assist the whole process of business decision-making and optimization.
QualificationsMaster's degree or above in computer, machine learning, statistics and other related majors, modeling experience in causal inference, time series, game theory, etc. is preferred
Strict logical thinking ability and solid mathematical professional knowledge foundation, Proficiency in basic theories in the fields of common statistical analysis, experimental design, machine learning, etc.
Excellent coding ability, skilled use of SQL, Python coding, more than 2 years of massive data processing in platforms such as Hive, Spark, and Flink Experience
Sensitive to data, have strong business understanding ability and logical induction ability, good at communication and expression
