In the role as HR Legal Operations Specialist, you will be supporting both business leaders and employees with tasks and advisory related to employment contracts, HR processes, employment law and payroll.

Furthermore, we expect that you are passionate about the legal aspect of HR and know the importance of an engine that runs smoothly and delivers according to business expectations.

The role
Working as an HR Legal Operations Specialist in CIP, you get to bring your excellent people and service skills into play and use your fully equipped HR toolbox.
Your primary focus areas will be to:
- Provide high-quality support to new employees, i.e. sending out employment agreements through DocuSign and maintaining all relevant data in our systems
- Assist our HR Legal Counsels with standard employment agreements, resignations and addenda
- Handle employee documentation
- Support our Danish Payroll Manager with keeping an overview of employees on paternity and maternity leave, sick leave etc.
- Review parts of the payroll process to ensure correct data validation
- Provide advisory to our organization on holiday rules, leave policies and similar
- Maintain and reconcile employee benefits as part of our salary conversion agreement
Your skills and competences
We expect our new colleague to be collaborative and good at building trustful relationships but also that you are good at making decisions and comfortable standing your ground when required.
You act proactively to stay ahead of challenges and adopt a structured approach to keep track of different tasks. Moreover, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and perform administrative work when required.
You have a strong digital mindset and excellent systems knowledge, and you are comfortable translating HR data into meaningful information. When optimizing processes and procedures you use your eye for details to create value for both leaders and employees.
Other requirements include:
- 3-5 years of experience within an HR organization
- A relevant education
- Insight and an interest for the legal aspects of HR
- A high level of aptitude working with spreadsheets and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A fun and collaborative spirit
