What you will do
- Being responsible of the factory production cost; meaning that working with manufacturing leaders and reviewing manufacturing performance through various reports and providing proactive support by developing relevant analysis,
- Responsible for the financial planning of FG, RM/PM costs, budgeting and control of indirect expenses, review and tracking of yields/plant wastes, review of intercompany costs for products and understanding the cost movements in detail,
- Focus on cost reduction initiatives, driving projects that manages better productivity, improves expense management and delivers sustainable improvements in cost per unit and kg to ensure successful delivery of factory targets & KPIs,
- Providing periodical analysis & insights of actual results to the manufacturing community and HQ,
- Working with Engineering and Operations to ensure having accurate usage rates and labor hours,
- Supervision of inventory surveys and report on the results; slow and obsolescence reserves, write-offs, etc.,
- Monitors spending and works with department managers to control costs by providing detail on expense variances,
- Owns the process of financial modelling for establishing NPV of capital projects and New Product Launches,
- Supports SAP improvements projects.
What you need to succeed
- At least 8 years of professional experience in Reporting, Controlling, Management Accounting and/or Audit
- Responsible for budgeting, reporting and controlling;
- Leading the the controlling function in a manufacturing environment;
- Preparing and monitoring annual company budget;
- Making budget-actual variance, cost and profitability analyses;
- Preparing financial reports (balance sheet, P&L) in line with the international standards;
- Preparing monthly company activities and management reports;
- Controlling month end closing procedures;
- Manage, train and coach a team of 4 employees.
