Responsibilities
· Manage plant production activities across multiple shifts and departments to manufacture products that meet established quality standards.
· Creating, planning and organizing production schedules to ensure orders are delivered on time.
· Analyse current production processes and procedures to identify areas for improvements.
· Implement improvement initiatives to improve quality and increase efficiency.
· Hire, motivate and lead a team of production staff, team leaders and coordinators.
· Evaluate and manage the performances of employees to ensure daily targets are met.
· Hold employees accountable for their job duties in a fair, consistent, and professional manner. Suggest/recommend disciplinary action as needed.
· Assessing project and resource requirements
· Collaborate with management to understand objectives and requirements.
· Enforcing all health and safety regulations and training staff when necessary.
· Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
· organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From AED15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- production management and leading: 5 years (Preferred)
- mechanical or composite engineering: 5 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
